This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings from it. A 10x rollover on a RM 100 bonus means you need to place RM 1,000 in total bets before cashing out.

Example: Claim RM 100 bonus with 15x rollover → bet RM 1,500 total → winnings become withdrawable.

Most bonuses cap the maximum bet per spin or round while you're using bonus funds — typically between RM 250 and RM 500. Exceeding this cap can void your bonus. Always check the individual promotion's terms.

Example: Bonus active → max bet per spin is RM 300. Placing RM 500 bets risks bonus cancellation.

Not every game contributes equally to clearing your rollover. Slots typically count 100% of each bet, while table games like baccarat or roulette may only count 10%–20%. Sports bets often count at a different rate too.

Example: RM 100 bet on slots = RM 100 rollover progress. RM 100 bet on baccarat = RM 10–20 rollover progress.

Bonuses come with an expiry window — commonly 7, 14, or 30 days. If you don't complete the rollover within that time, both the bonus and any associated winnings are typically forfeited.

Example: Bonus credited on 1 June with 14-day expiry → must complete rollover by 15 June or bonus is cancelled.

A sticky bonus stays in your account as play-through credit but can never be withdrawn directly — only your winnings generated from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus can itself be withdrawn once rollover is complete.

Example: Sticky RM 100 bonus → complete rollover → withdraw RM 150 winnings but not the original RM 100 bonus credit.

Some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of how much you win. This is separate from your standard withdrawal limit and only applies to the bonus portion.

Example: Bonus max cash-out RM 500 → even if you win RM 2,000 from bonus play, only RM 500 is withdrawable.
