1. Introduction

Welcome to bg9 ("bg9", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bg9 online gaming platform, including all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sportsbook markets, and any related services accessible at bg9.lat and its associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through bg9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bg9. We encourage you to also review our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with bg9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bg9 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in line with Malaysian standards for casino-style gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a commercial agent or on behalf of a third party.
• You do not hold an existing active account on bg9 under the same or a different name or identity.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from bg9 or any related platform operated under the same brand.

bg9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

When registering an account with bg9, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bg9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Each registered user is permitted to hold one account only. If bg9 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances therein forfeited without prior notice.

You must notify bg9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. bg9 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where suspicious access patterns are detected.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, bg9 may require you to submit identity documents including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet, bank account details)

Withdrawals may be held pending the successful completion of KYC verification. bg9 will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in our banking policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bg9 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate fast and convenient transactions. Accepted methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, and GrabPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard. Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time; however, processing delays caused by your financial institution are outside bg9's control.

bg9 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to bg9's internal verification procedures. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated within your account settings. bg9 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals will not be processed where a player has outstanding wagering requirements from active bonuses, or where the account has been flagged for compliance review. bg9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above a stated threshold.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bg9 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All promotions are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, which are published on the respective promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be clearly stated for each promotion. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bg9 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following conduct will be treated as abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Coordinating play with other accounts to circumvent wagering requirements
• Using low-risk or mathematically balanced betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk
• Claiming a promotion for which you do not qualify based on the stated eligibility criteria

bg9 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any user from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse or breach of these Terms.

6. Gameplay & Wagering

All games available on the bg9 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Sic Bo, and sportsbook markets — are provided for entertainment purposes. Results for non-live games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, which is regularly audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical events conducted in a controlled studio environment.

By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All bets are final once confirmed, and cannot be cancelled or reversed except as permitted under specific game rules or sportsbook void policies
• bg9's records shall be the definitive record of all wagers, game outcomes, and account transactions
• Technical malfunctions affecting a game or bet may result in that round being declared void, with stakes returned to your account
• bg9 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or resulting from a manifest pricing or system error

6.1 Sportsbook Markets

Sportsbook betting is subject to additional rules governing event settlement, void conditions, and in-play restrictions. Markets covering Malaysian football competitions such as the Malaysia Super League, as well as international events including the English Premier League and UFC, are governed by bg9's Sportsbook House Rules, available on the Sportsbook page.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the bg9 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform
• Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any financial activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account, including sharing login credentials
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your financial institution without first raising the matter with bg9's support team

bg9 actively monitors the Platform for prohibited conduct. Confirmed breaches will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bg9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and video streams, is the exclusive intellectual property of bg9 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without bg9's prior written consent.

The bg9 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of bg9. Unauthorised use of any bg9 trademark is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

bg9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, compliance, and service delivery purposes
• bg9 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
• Transaction data and gaming activity logs are retained for the period required by applicable law
• You have the right to request access to your personal data or ask for its deletion, subject to legal retention obligations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by factors outside bg9's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, ISP failures, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from wagering decisions made by you on the Platform
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials
• Actions taken by bg9 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension for suspected breach

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bg9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required period
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, bg9 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where bg9 closes an account for its own operational reasons and no breach is involved, any verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting bg9's support team. Please note that closing your account does not automatically cancel any pending bets; those will be settled according to normal game or event outcomes.

12. Responsible Gaming

bg9 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some users, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit into your account
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous play
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to 6 months
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from marketing communications

13. Amendments to These Terms

bg9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bg9 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, notifying registered users via email or in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bg9 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

bg9 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate for use or available in all locations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
